Roads of Khirsu and Thalisain area will be kept with hot mix

Srinagar: The state government of Uttarakhand has recently announced that they will be releasing funds for the maintenance and repair of roads in the Khirsu and Thalisain area. The roads in these areas will be kept with hot mix to improve their quality and durability. This decision has been made with the aim of improving the overall transportation infrastructure of the region, which will help in boosting the local economy.

Good news for the people of the Srinagar legislative assembly constituency. The way for the hot mix of the raw roads of Khirsu and Thalisain blocks under the legislative assembly constituency has been cleared. The state government has released a sum of Rs. 20 crores for the construction of three approximately 29-kilometer-long raw roads in these blocks. The work of hot mix on these roads will also start soon. Local people have expressed their gratitude to Cabinet Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat for this. The people say that their travel will be easier due to the improvement of the roads, and they will be able to reach their destinations at the specified time.

Improvement of roads will provide convenience to people

Srinagar legislative assembly constituency MLA and Cabinet Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat said that the state government is engaged in improving roads in the state. In the same vein, along with the construction of new roads in the Srinagar legislative assembly constituency, the work of strengthening old and damaged roads is also to be done. In the first phase, two roads of Khirsu block and one road of Thalisain block will be hot-mixed. For this, a sum of approximately Rs. 20 crore has been released from the administrative level.

What will be the makeover of these roads?

Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat said that for the construction of the 9.76-kilometer-long Khandaha-Dhamkeshwar-Bhelgarh-Kathuli motor road under the Khirsu block, Rs. 6.68 crore has been released, along with the construction of culverts, bridges and drains. Additionally, Rs. 1.32 crore has been released for the construction of the 6.18-kilometer-long Pabua-Bungani motor road. In the same vein, for the hot mix of the 13.02-kilometer-long Banakhera-Thalisain motor road under the Thalisain block, a sum of Rs. 12.46 crore has been released from the administrative level.
